Gratitude prompts are gentle questions or suggestions to help you think of things to be grateful for when you are struggling to find words. Is my journal data private and secure?
Absolutely. Your journal entries contain deeply personal thoughts and feelings, and we treat that data with the utmost care. All data is stored using Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning only you can access your entries. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your mood data, gratitude entries, and journal text are never used to train AI models. Journal text is sent to our AI service solely to generate your personal insights and is not stored on AI servers. We never read, sell, or share your journal content.
